Environment controlled grow-houses

Coils:
In grow houses, moist and cold HVAC coils act as reservoirs of bio-hazards where harmful strains of mould and bacteria thrive. These pathogens reduce the efficiency of the HVAC system, increasing the energy bills by up to 30% (US DoE). Moreover, as these pathogens are released by the coils with the airflow, the HEPA filters downstream tend to clog up faster, further increasing energy costs and filter replacement expenses.
