Founded in 2021, HiboCare has been relentlessly working to perfect the technology, to test it under usual and unusual circumstances, to subject the technology to its limits. Our customers have been delighted at the performance; sometimes we have been surprised at the performance delivered by our technology. Based on the initial success, we are simultaneously working on other adaptations of our product, to cover many more challenging setups.

Our mission is to deliver green air to the whole world for a healthy and better future.

Our team consists of passionate environmental entrepreneurs dedicated to working towards the betterment of humanity. We take air as a challenge due to the health and safety threats posed by infections and pollution. But we didn't just stop there, and advanced it to make it work in conjunction with the broader environmental protection objective.

Non-Executive Chair

Jason Drew

Jason is an experienced business leader and investor. He is an expert in leading teams through change and growth, with international experience in healthcare, insurance, banking, telecoms, and biotech, successfully turning around major corporations and building multiple start-ups to multinational status and exit. Jason's passion for environment and proven leadership is helping us drive forward impactful, eco-friendly solutions for a healthier future.

Chief Executive Officer

Simon Houghton

Simon brings 30+ years of entrepreneurial experience in founding, leading and successfully exiting startups across a variety of sectors and geographies. He has been instrumental in putting together the team and leading the company's vision. Simon's vision of building a better future for humanity (as also seen in his previous ventures GCX, Agriprotein etc.) is a major influence in shaping the direction of the company.

Chief Financial Officer

Adam Warnett

Adam is an ex- investment banker (Deutsche Bank) with experience across all major continents. He then led a pan-Asia business as a COO for s.Oliver and led the business development in Asia for Agriprotein. As a B2B business expert with the ability to step into many shoes, he brings invaluable expertise to navigate our distribution strategy and negotiate B2B contracts with our business partners.

Chief Product Officer

Neeraj Kumar

Neeraj is an Engineer, MBA, ex- management consultant and supply chain expert with wide exposure across domains across the Asian markets. He brings experience of leading supply chain functions for India retail and the global sourcing strategy for s.Oliver. He has been instrumental in building the product infrastructure from the ground up, with a flexible and cost effective supply chain.

Business Development Director

John Cahill

John is a retired submariner having served 10 years in the Royal Navy and brings decades of business development experience. Having built several businesses, predominantly in the UK, he then transitioned into leading B2B projects across the Middle East and Sub-Saharan Africa. John has led our effort to build brand presence in the UK market along with securing high visibility customers. He's a natural at building relationships in the B2B sector and is vital to our success.
