Laboratory Case Study
This long term case study conclusively established HiboScreen's effectiveness in a test vs control setup with one unit operating without HiboScreen and an identical second unit equipped with HiboScreen.
Independent cleanroom validation was conducted in accordance with the ISO 14644 standard. The results clearly demostrated that the unit with HiboScreen achieved ISO 7 rating, while the control unit achieved ISO 8 rating, as expected.
A review conducted 1.5 years later provided further visual evidence, showing a mould-free HVAC system in the test unit compared to visible mould patches in the control unit. The coils in the HiboScreen-equipped unit remained clean even after 1.5 years of operation without maintenance, resulting in energy savings of $3,400 per screen—significantly surpassing the cost of the system.

Entertainment Theatre
The theatre was concerned about health and safety of its patrons in the post-pandemic environment. In addition, energy effciency was an added benefit being sought.
HiboScreen was installed after the primary and secondary filters in this case, for minimal maintenance requirements and hands off operations. The theatre is delighted with the added layer of protection provided to its patrons, and enjoys improved energy efficiency delivered by its now clean coils.

Greenhouse
This grower invested in a state of the art greenhouse for full protection from any contaminants. After assessing many contamination control solutions, the greenhouse zeroed in on HiboScreens as the most suitable solution for the market.
